Andorra is, in fact, not a very large village, so everything is very close here. It is quite possible to live in the capital and visit ski resorts, located within a couple of dozen kilometers from it, every day. But, it is more profitable to stay in one of the resort villages, use excellent ski trails and then relax in the capital.

Encamp is one of these places, with direct access to the ski slopes of Pas de la Casa — Grau Roig ski area, and a free bus to the capital (for skipass owners).

By the way, it’s easy to get from here to another ski area, Grandvalira. You just need to take a train passing through the town.
