Gargellen. Gargellner Bergbahnen Ski Resort
Gargellner Bergbahnen is located in the southern part of the Montafon Valley, which is considered the largest ski region in the Austrian Vorarlberg. The camera is installed on one of the upper stations under the peak of Gargellener (2,482 meters above sea level). The Austro-Swiss border passes along the top of the mountain.
Another impressive peak, Madrisa, is 2,770 meters high and is shown by this panoramic web camera in clear weather. From Kristallbahn Station, ski resorts are perfectly visible, as well as Alpine peaks on the border of two states.
To see the beauty of Austrian nature, tourists need to use ski lifts that operate all year round. In the winter season of 2016/2017, the cost of a one-day ski pass for Gargellner Bergbahnen was 46.5 euros. Children under five years old are free of charge when accompanied by an adult.
Gargellner Bergbahnen, like many modern ski resorts, has its own snow park and many sportsmen perform on its trampolines and ramps.
