Gmunden. Grünberg Mountain Station

The region of Gmunden is located near two mountains. The first one is Grunberg, 1,004 m high, the other is Trainshtein, 1,691 m high. The cable railway, which was recommissioned in the summer of 2014, operats on Grünberg. It makes life easier for people with disabilities, as even the walking paths are adapted for such tourists.

The webcam shows the hiking trails and the summer toboggan runs, from the top of Grunberg down into the valley. You can go on a mountain tour to Traunstein, but it requires some training. In addition, the nearby ski resorts of Kasberg and Feuerkogel guarantee an exciting winter holiday.
