Sölden. Slopes of Innere Schwarze Schneid

The height of the mountain peak we can see on the screen is 3,369 meters above sea level. The camera is installed at one of the stations of the Schwarze Schneidbahn ski lift, which is 370 meters below Innere Schwarze Schneid.

Trails for skiers and snowboarders are served by 29 cableways of the ski resort of Sölden. Prices are average. A ski pass costs about 50 euros per day, which is an average for Alpine resorts. One of the distinguishing features of this complex is the ski tunnel in Innere Schwarze Schnaid mountain, which connects the two ski areas of Rettenbach and Tiefenbach.

Near Innere Schwarze Schneid peak is a mountain hut, Braunschweiger Hütte. But having reached it, the conquerors of the mountain peaks will have to climb another 600 meters. The hut was built at the end of the 19th century and has since become a legendary place in Tyrol. It takes about three hours to get to Innere Schwarze Schneid from the mountain hut, and it takes five hours to get to Wildspitze (3,772 meters above sea level).
