Dobrinj. Square
The village of Dobrinj does not have a very advantageous position in the center of Krk island, which is why it is often left without attention from tourists because they come to this island in search of sandy beaches on the Adriatic coast.
Nevertheless, rare guests of Dobrinj can enjoy a stroll through the narrow streets of the village, one of which leads to the square where the Holy Trinity Church has been for more than 500 years, also known as the Church of St. Anthony of Padua.
In this small village, there are three monuments of architecture. In addition to the above-mentioned church in Dobrinj, you can see the church of St. Vitus and the church of St. Stephen the First Martyr. Both of these churches are mentioned in the documents of 1100.
St. Vitus Church, with a high tower, is located in the suburbs of Dobrinj, in Sveti Vid Dobrinjski. The same high tower, but in a different style, is located in Dobrinj itself, just behind the building on which this webcam is installed. This tower, like the Church of St. Stephen the First Martyr, has elements of baroque and late Gothic styles.
On the screen, we can see the Zora Restaurant terrace on the left, and on the right is the fence of the Church of the Holy Trinity.
