Podgora. The Beach

This webcam is located in Podgora, which is a small town on the Adriatic coast of Croatia, and captures one of the local beaches. Today economy of this town depends mostly on tourism. Former a tiny fishing village, Podgora still keeps its charm and old traditions.

The entire town of Podgora is stretched along the coastal line like a beautiful and narrow hairband. Wonderful pebble beaches alternate with green pine trees and sun can be seen reflected in the salty Adriatic seawater.

In the town you will also find mineral springs. Local wellness- and spa-procedures are worth trying, it is said they have wonderful effects.
