Vrulje. View over the Lake Prokljan

The small and charming village of Bilice is situated in Šibenik-Knin County of Croatia. The village lies just a few kilometres from the splendid Adriatic Sea, right on the shore of the Lake Prokljan. If we follow upstream of the Krka River, which is the only tributary of this lake, we will reach the beautiful cascade of waterfalls. This is one of the major tourist attractions in the area, located on the territory of Krka National Park.

The indented shoreline of the Lake Prokljan has all necessary conditions for a peaceful and solitude vacation. This webcam is located on the building of the apartment complex in the village of Vrulje, right in the outskirts of Bilice, and opens a wonderful panoramic view over the lake. Vrulje is a charming small place, which provides accommodation for tourists.

Local beaches and piers can offer all you might need during your vacation. There is a boat station on the lake with a various choice of vessels, and alongside the shore, you will find many good bathing places.

In the northern part of our beautiful lake lies a small island called Stipanac. The island can be easily reached on a boat, and features great views over the village (in addition to ruins dating from antiquity to medieval times).

When visiting this place, do not forget to try in the nearby restaurants some of the best of local specialties, such as eel and fish.
