Teplice. View from the Castle

These two webcams are from Teplice, the country’s second largest spa resort after Karlovy Vary. The webcams are located on the building of the local Castle, which today serves as museum.

Teplice is famous for its wonderful climate, thermal springs and fresh air as well as for its remarkable history, architecture and a splendid botanic garden. The town is located not far from Prague and is well accessible every time of year.

Once, many years ago, it was visited by Goethe, Beethoven and Peter the Great. Every year the Beethoven’s musical festival is organized in memory of the famous German musician.
