Ylläs is a popular cross country and downhill skiing centre.

In the Ylläs area there are: 330 kilometres cross-country skiing tracks, 38 kilometres of which are lit; 61 ski slopes and 29 ski lifts.

Ylläs skiing areas have many lifts and slopes which are good for the children and the beginners.
