Ierapetra. View to the Harbor

This webcam is located on the embankment in the town of Ierapetra, the southernmost town of Greece, and shows the local harbor. The town is known to be the most prosperous on the Crete Island.

The area’s main activities are agriculture in the wintertime and tourism in the summer. Large quantities of fruit and vegetables, grown in greenhouses, are exported to the other European countries.
