Mykonos. Bay and the Old City Port

A pair more webcams is installed in Mykonos’ city hall, located in the old city port.

The bay is, actually, the first thing that people see when they arrive at Mykonos. Boats and high speed vessels travel here from the surrounding islands and from Athens every day.

Mykonos can also be easily reached by air — Mykonos Airport is located only 4 kilometres from the town. It is served by international flights during summer, the rest of the year you can get here directly from Athens, the flight will take about 30 minutes.

Tourism is, undoubtedly, dominating in the local economy and it is easy to understand why… Mykonos windmills, Little Venice, Armenistis Lighthouse is only a small part of what you can find on this wonderful Greek island.
