Limone sul Garda. View over the Lake Garda
We are looking at the ancient village of Limone sul Garda, now a town in the province of Brescia (northern Italy). Once a beautiful place famous only for cultivations of lemons, Limone became one of the most renowned tourist resorts around the Lake Garda after road laying to Riva del Garda had taken place in 1930-s.

The Hotel Capo Reamol is situated on the very shore of the largest lake in Italy, in the quiet Mediterranean Natural Park Alto Garda Bresciano.
It is interesting that people in Limone are famous for their longevity and many of them reach the age of 100. Researchers discovered that a mutation in their blood, which resulted in a lowered risk of atherosclerosis and other cardiovascular diseases.
