The City Park in Rogliano is located in the heart of the city, though, given the size of the Italian province (40 square kilometers), it can be said that the whole city itself is the center. The distance from the building, where the camera is installed, to the mayor’s office is just one kilometer and to the ceramics shop, Keramos Di Tucci Telemaco, located on the northern side, the distance is the same.

Rogliano is called the city of twelve churches. The most famous of them is St. Peter’s Church, which attracts thousands of tourists from across the country to this quiet town each year. Like many settlements around Cosenza, Rogliano was founded as a result of the raids of the Saracens, from which the inhabitants of Cosenza fled to neighboring lands and settled there.

We can see only part of the City Park, which extends to the west for a few tens of meters. The traffic on Altomare Street, which encircles the park, is not very busy, so we can watch the locals walking in the park at different times of the day.
