Webcam on the coast of Miyake-jima island. The island’s rough life is formed by its main volcano called Oyama.

The problem is that this volcano erupts quite often. The island’s inhabitants must be suffering a lot from this, and during the last eruption the island was even completely evacuated. Another negative effect is a constant flow of sulfuric gas coming from Oyama each time after eruption.
