Kara-Balta. Lenin Square

The settlement of Kara-Balta was for the first time mentioned in the 5th century. In the middle ages, this region was very often visited by caravans thanks to its close location to the major trade routes of that time.

This webcam is located on the building of palace of culture, right in the center of the town, and captures its central square bearing name of the famous soviet politician.

A small amusement park for children is situated on the square, along with several cafes and the Bakai Hotel.
