Windhoek is located in the heart of Namibia, so it’s not surprising that it became the main city of the country. Due to the fact that Windhoek is quite large (about 650 square kilometers), it is built up mainly with low-rise buildings. However, there is an exception, as you can see one of the skyscrapers of the capital of Namibia in the background.
The camera is installed in Snyman Circle, in the office of Autovermietung Savanna, which deals with car rental. Here, you can find great options for traveling through the towns of Africa, as well as rent an SUV for excursions through the harsh African deserts.
If you decide to go on an exciting journey through the continent, then it’s worth taking a well-equipped car, such as the Toyota Hilux, with a tent on the roof, which costs $100 per day.
At the same roundabout, there are several other large companies, including car dealers, a café, an electronics store, and a shopping center. In general, almost all the headquarters of major Namibian companies are located in Windhoek.
On the south side of the Snyman Circle is the Ministry of Labor and Transport.
