Puerto Rico de Gran Canaria. The Bay

Gran Canaria is one of the largest islands in the archipelago of the Canary Islands. There are several resorts at different parts of the island. Now, we are going to the southern part of the island, the town of Puerto Rico de Gran Canaria. The camera is installed next to one of the two large marinas of the resort. In the distance, you can see the high hills typical for the whole coast of the island. They protect the resort from the wind. These high hills and mountains are of volcanic origin. Another natural feature of Puerto Rico de Gran Canaria is the proximity to the African continent, which keeps the winter temperature around 20-25 ° C.
