Fažana. The Port
The port of Croatian Fažana is an important part of the tourist infrastructure of the resort. Ferries to the island of Brijuni, on which the popular National Park is located, go from there, and you can also rent a boat or yacht and go fishing in the sea.
The camera shows several berths with moored ships, as well as the outdoor terrace of Korta restaurant and the island of Brijuni in the background of the image.
Around the port, there is a large number of Fažana attractions, as well as restaurants, cafes, and hotels. For example, you can stay at the square of Saints Cosmas
and Damian in front of the port of Fažana, in a three-star hotel named Villetta Phasiana, where a double room is 150 US dollars.
The square in front of the port was named after the church, whose tower is the main architectural dominant of the town. Like many coastal towns, Fažana developed through fishing, but in recent decades it has been engaged in tourism.
