Novalja. Obala Petra Krešimira IV
On the Croatian island of Pag, there are several tourist zones, including Novalja, which we can see on the screen. The northern resort of the island has convenient transport accessibility because a ferry linking the island of Pag with the village of Prizna, which is located on the mainland of Croatia, has been built nearby.
Novalja is famous as a youth and “rave” resort. Popular discos are held both in clubs and on the Zrce Beach. Nevertheless, Novalja is one of the oldest settlements on the whole island.
For many years of its existence, the town has belonged to different states and only in 1991 did it became part of Croatia. The constant change of owners brought a huge variety to the life and architecture of the town. Now, in Novalie, you can find houses related to Venetian, Austrian, and of course Yugoslav styles.
The camera is installed near Loža Square and the hotel of the same name. On the screen, we can see the embankment named after King Petar Kresimir IV. Between the street and Loža Square is a parking lot for cars and scooters.
Just behind the square, we can see Novalja Bay, where marinas for pleasure boats and ferries are situated. From the port, you can go on a small sea voyage to the town of Rab, located on the island of the same name.
