The town has all what a tourist needs in spite of its more than modest size: hotels, shops, restaurants, night clubs and, of course, a perfect beach.
Potos is famous for being a center of a very active night life and is mostly visited by youth. Due to this fact it will never be a good vacation place for families with small children.
