Gorizia is a charming Italian town in northeastern Italy, which is situated very close to the border with Slovenia.

Being protected by mountains from the north, local climate is not affected by the cold winds. Thanks to that, Gorizia offers its guests a mild Mediterranean climate throughout the year and has become a very popular resort.

Besides nice weather you will also find here many beautiful monuments and interesting places. Among those are the medieval Corte dei Lanzi, the Palazzetto dei Conti, the Palazzetto Veneto, the Cathedral, the Church of Saint Ignatius of Loyola and the Transalpina railway square.
