Sheboygan. City Beach

The camera is on Harbor Centre Marina and shows North Side Municipal Beach and Lake Michigan, on which Sheboygan is situated. Next to the marina is the Deland city park, as well as other attractions of the city.

The John Michael Kohler Arts Center, a public library and the Stefanie H. Weill Center for the Performing Arts are in downtown Sheboygan, located 500 meters from the beach.

Migrants from New York and New England began to build the city in the 1930s. Sheboygan has its own airport, Memorial Airport Sheboygan County, which is located in the northwestern part of the city. There used to be a port on the shores of Lake Michigan, but now Sheboygan’s economy is developing in a new direction and the port does not function today.
