Locquirec. The Coast
We are in the northwest of France, in the resort town of Locquirec. The resort developed thanks to its sailing regattas, which gathered fans of water races across the country at the beginning of the last century.
The camera shows not only the coast but also the Gulf of Lannion, as well as part of the Channel. Popular tourist places are the Pierre de Locquirec quarry and centuries-old buildings in the city and its surroundings.
When the camera is in the leftmost position, on the opposite shore of the bay you can see another French settlement, Trédrez-Locquémeau, which has no access to the water because of the rocky coast.
In Locquirec, you can stay either in an expensive hotel, such as Grand Hôtel des Bains, or at a budget place, such as Camping Municipal du Fond de la Baie or Camping de Touler Goue.
