Lisbon. Panorama of the city. View from Dom Pedro Palace

You can see the panorama of Lisbon from the five-star hotel, Dom Pedro Palace. Nearly two dozen cameras, covering the city panorama from east to south, are set in the hotel. The hotel is in a busy area of Lisbon, near the major transport interchanges and the railway.

With these cameras, you can see a lot of attractions located on the banks of the Tagus River. Those attractions include Praça do Comércio, Basilica da Estrela, Sao Jorge Castle and many other symbolic buildings of Portugal.
The last camera shows the port, on the other side of the river, where the BNL military
base is situated.

Almost all cameras show the Tagus River, which is the largest river on the Iberian Peninsula. The Portuguese pronounce the name of the river as “Tejo”. The Portuguese cities, like Barreiro and Montijo, are on the other side of the river.
