Vladikavkaz. Pliyev Square

This webcam is situated in the charming city of Vladikavkaz and shows us a nice panoramic view over one of its central squares, called General Pliyev Square, and the neighboring districts.

In the left end position, our webcam captures the city’s central park, the dam and the cast iron bridge, which connects the Pliyev and Styba squares. On the other side of the bridge you can see and the beautiful Armenian Church and the Vakhtangov House.

On the opposite side of Pliyev Square, right in the focus of the webcam, stands the statue of General Pliyev itself. Two more of attractions of Vladikavkaz, a beautiful city fountain and a popular restaurant “Shatiyor” (“The Pavilion”), are also located here. On the other side of the River Terek stand the modern building of the City Council and the Church of Nativity of Blessed Virgin Mary.
