Bled. View over the Bled Lake

This webcam is located in one of the most beautiful places in Slovenia, at the Bled Lake (view from the Hotel Golf). The lake is not that large, only some 1,5 square kilometers. Still it will be very hard to find a more picturesque place than this.

The main of the local landmarks is the Church of the Assumption of Mary. This church is an important pilgrimage place. It stands on a small island in the middle of the water together with an ancient castle. You will need to rent a boat to get there.

A very old legend says that your wish will come true if you hit the church bell three times.
