Medvode, Bonovec Ski Center. Live Camera

At the confluence of the rivers Sava and Sora, in Slovenia, is the town of Medvode, hence the name ‘between the waters’. The height of the location of the town is not big, only 300 meters, but despite this fact, a small ski center, Bonovec, operates there.

It’s not a full-fledged ski resort because there are only a few trails here and they are quite flat. The best option is to come here for the day to enjoy skiing and snowboarding. This is exactly what residents of Ljubljana and its neighborhood do because the distance between the towns is only 12 kilometers, which allows them to travel to Medvode, if they want to, every day.
