Zgornja Sorica. Soriška Planina Ski Resort

We are in the northwest of Slovenia, near the border with Italy and Austria. The local ski resort, Soriška Planina, can’t compete with the Alpine routes of neighboring countries, but residents of nearby towns are happy to come here to relax.

Soriška Planina has 7 routes of varying degrees of difficulty, and 5 ski lifts, including 4 drag lifts and 1 chair lift, serve them. In addition to the slopes for experienced skiers and snowboarders, the resort has a snow park for freeride, as well as two training tracks, a ski run and slopes for sledding.

The cost of a daily ticket for lifts is only 20 euros, and on weekdays there is a small discount of 1 euro. For frequent guests of the resort, there are more advantageous offers, such as a season ticket for weekdays (not including Fridays) is only 110 euros.

From Soriška Planina, you can reach the neighboring ski resorts, and there is even a special bus to Bohinj.
