Can Pastilla. BonaOna Surf School
From the building in which the BonaOna surfing school is based, we are looking at the unhurried resort life of the village of C’an Pastilla. A tranquil holiday on sandy beaches is periodically disturbed by the hum of aircraft engines because of the neighborhood of the resort, near the main airport of Mallorca. Perhaps this is the only drawback of C’an Pastilla, but it is offset by prices in local hotels, which are much lower than in the neighboring city of Palma.
The beach of the resort is part of a huge sandy shoreline passing through several towns on the west coast of Mallorca. To attract more tourists, the beaches of C’an Pastilla have been artificially increased in size, so there is enough space for everyone.
The local BonaOna surf school offers the resort guests lessons on mastering the classical board, as well as Stand Up Paddle (SUP) boards, SUP-yoga, and windsurfing courses.
A private lesson at the school costs 70 euros, and a five-day ten-hour course is 130 euros. Taking group classes, you can save up to 50% of the total cost.
On the screen, we can see a beach hidden from the road behind tall palm trees, as well as a parking lot in front of the building where the BonaOna surfing school is located.
