Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The Coast

Las Palmas is the capital of Gran Canaria. The famous Las Canteras and Las Alcaravaneras beaches are located here, as well as the Port Puerto de la Luz.

Las Canteras is one of the largest and most visited. Its total length is about 4 kilometres and it is protected from the Atlantic Sea by a natural barrier of coral sandstone.

Our webcam captures the Paseo de Las Canteras, running alongside the beach. You can watch people passing by or just enjoy one of the greatest sea views at sunset.
