O Cebreiro. The Way of Saint James

This webcam is located in the small Calician village called O Cebreiro. It is believed that it is situated on the French part of The Way of Saint James. Every time of year hundreds of pilgrims find here lodging for the night and some food on their sacred way to Santiago de Compostela.

In spite of its rather small size the village of O Cebreiro has got its own interesting places to visit. First of all, it is the “pallozas”, the authentic old Galician houses. The Royal St. Mary’s Church, also known as the Church of St. Benedict, is also definitely worth seeing during your stay in O Cebreiro.
