Port d'Andratx. Bay of the Resort

Several resort areas open on the shore of the Balearic Sea reflect in their names the neighborhood ports of the island of Mallorca. You may have already seen one of the biggest ports of the archipelago, located on the east coast of the island. Now, we are in the exact opposite part of Mallorca, in a place called Port d’Andratx.

The camera on the shore of the resort’s bay is located in Central Bar. On the screen, we can see a number of berths of the local port, where both small boats and large ferries stop. From here, you can go to the uninhabited island of Dragonera, where tourists can see untouched nature in the National Park of Sa Dragonera.

Once a small fishing village, Port de d’Andratx today offers tourists many options for recreation — huge hotels or modest apartments, beaches with stunning views of the cape of the island, exciting sea trips on pleasure boats, and much more.

On the opposite side of the bay, we can see the berths of the local yacht club, Club de Vela, which can accommodate about 500 ships of various sizes.
