Umeå. Nydala Recreation Area

The recreation area of Nydala is in the northeastern part of the Swedish city of Umeå, on the lake shore of Nydalasjön. There are several beaches, as well as a walking trail with a total length of about twelve kilometers. The camera is installed at the entrance to Nydala, near the football fields and tennis courts.

The huge green lawn is divided into eleven plots for the game of football, four of them represent full-size football pitches. Fans of tennis can enjoy Nydala’s six high-quality outdoor courts.

We are looking at the beginning of one of the hiking trails around the lake. In winter, they are turned into ski slopes, and the quality of the snow cover is supported by snow cannons.

Near the lake, there is a small water park, Nydalasjön, with pools and water slides.
