Visperterminen. Giw Ski Lift Station

You can see an intermediate point between the lower and upper stations of the ski resort, Heidadorf Visperterminen. Giw is the name of all the objects you see on the screen: the mountain restaurant, the hotel, and the cableway station itself.

We are at an altitude of almost 2 kilometers above sea level, but for the bravest skiers there is another mark — 2300 meters. The camera is installed next to the ski lift leading to the main routes of the resort.

Tourists, who do not want to go down to Visperterminen each time and ski only on the high-mountain route Giw-Rothorn, can stay at the mini-hotel, Ferienlager Giw. The rooms there are inexpensive, only 15 euros per night, per person. But this accommodation option is more suitable for young people because three hotel rooms are designed for 22 guests.

Abendruh Chalet is much more expensive and can be seen under the cableway station, on the left part of the screen. The cost is 140 euros per night, but it can be rented by a company, up to 8 people, so it’s profitable to stay here as part of a large company.
