A five-star hotel, Zanzibar White Sand Luxury Villas & Spa, is located in the eastern part of Zanzibar on the shore of the Indian Ocean. The luxury resort includes several villas, rooms in the main building, a restaurant and a spa. Each villa has its own pool, so no one can disturb you if you decide to swim in fresh water.
On the roof of the main building, there is a lounge-cafe where you can listen to relaxing music, have a refreshing cocktail and just look at the ocean. Not far from the hotel, there is a surfing center, where you can try your hand at extreme water sports.
But do not think that it will cost you a pretty penny to have a holiday on this island. There are plenty of budget accommodations that are much cheaper than staying at White Sand Luxury. You can rent a room in a house or an apartment for $20-30 per day, but you will need to get to the beach by transport.
