Don Han. Bridge over the River Chi

The camera is located at the entrance to the Thai city of Khon Kaen. On the northern bank of the River Chi is the settlement of Don Khan, which is connected to the center of the province by a bridge.

Khon Kaen is one of the largest cities in Thailand, with a population of about 120,000 people living there. Archaeological excavations are often carried out in the vicinity of the city and in the entire province of Khon Kaen. Therefore, the province has become known among the tourists as a place to see antiquities. The most interesting finds are kept in the National Khon Kaen Museum.

Near the bridge you see on the screen is the temple of Wat Tha Chalawas. It has been built recently and does not have any historical value yet.
