Ko Samui. Lamai Walking Street

Samui is a not a small island, therefore, there are special opening hours for the pedestrian streets here, so different beaches have different timetables when the vehicle traffic is blocked.

As a rule, the streets become pedestrianized after 5 p.m. Near the Lamai beach, it happens only on Sundays.

Once bikes stop speeding across the street, the place becomes way more cheerful. Musicians appear on the street, and the souvenirs and local delicacies trade becomes brisk.
