The Lamai beach on Samui is almost as great as Chaweng, but the number of people per square meter is considerably lower.

It is situated in the east part of the island and runs along the coast for as much as 4 kilometers. The sand here is not as elite (fine and white) as on the most popular beach on the island, but it doesn’t scare the tourists, who only care that it is clean and that the sea is warm.

All the infrastructure necessary for comfortable rest is present in the beach area: bars, restaurants, street walking on Sundays, live music, and everything else you could need.
