Mukdahan. Shore of the River Mekong

The town of Mukdahan stands on the River Mekong, captured by the webcam.

From here, you can see the Second Thai–Lao Friendship Bridge, connecting Mukdahan to Savannakhet. Mukdahan is renowned as a market town, so its most important trade part is situated alongside the waterfront.

When visiting this place, do not forget to take a walk down the town’s busiest waterfront promenade called Samran Chai Kong Nae. The most important tourist attractions of Mukdahan are located here.
