Newcastle. Tollymore National Outdoor Centre
Tollymore is a national forest park situated at the foot of the Mourne Mountains and features panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and the sea in Newcastle. It covers an area of 630 hectares.
The park offers outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, caravanning, and orienteering. Four routes through the park’s territory are designed in such a way that they traverse beech and pine forests, rivers, bridges, ponds, and gorges.
All infrastructure necessary for visitors is present: toilets, showers, fresh water, barbecues, and campfire pits. Power hook-ups for caravans and chemical disposal for composting toilets are also provided.
There is also an outdoor café; part of the terrace is visible on the webcam.
