Seattle. Queen Anne Hill. The Space Needle

This webcam is located in Seattle, one of the largest seaport cities of the Pacific Northwest region of North America. This is a commercial center and a home base to many international companies such as Microsoft, Starbucks, Amazon and Boeing.

Our webcam captures the energy and the rush of the big city life. Bussing cars, hastening away people and seaport cranes hurrying to do their important jobs. The port of Seattle is connected to the Pacific Ocean trough the Puget Sound and is strategic for the country when the question comes to America’s trade with Asia.

The Space Needle, seen on this picture, is a symbol of the city of Seattle. Built especially for the 1962 World’s Fair, it features an observation deck at the height 160 metres and a rotating restaurant at 150 metres-height.

The area around the Space Needle is called Seattle Center. It is a popular park and a modern entertainment center of the city, offering its visitors many various attractions such as the International Fountain, the Space Needle, the Chihuly Garden with Glass Museum, Skate Park and even a piece of the famous Berlin Wall.
