Waves. Ocean View

The webcam is at the resort town of Waves, North Carolina, on Hatteras Island. The local population livelihood is mostly derived from renting apartments and beach houses to tourists, as well as serving tourists.

For a long time, Waves has been called South Rodanthe and is still known as such today.
