Danang. Sông Hàn Bridge

Sông Hàn is one of the six Da Nang bridges and, perhaps, the most important because it is considered to be a symbol of the city. It is named after the river, the shores of which it connects. The bridge was built in two years and opened on March 29, 2000. The original bridge project underwent significant changes, due to lack of financing. Several corruption scandals are associated with the construction of the Sông Hàn Bridge.

The bridge is the only turning bridge in the whole of Vietnam. The length of the bridge is 487.7 meters, and the width is 12.9 meters. The steel structures of the bridge (cable ropes) have become its additional decoration, as well as 11 spans, which are elegantly hidden under the bridge.

The camera is installed in a skyscraper on the west bank of the river. There are offices of local companies, as well as the Bamboo Green Riverside Hotel in this building. On the opposite side of Lê Duẩn is one of the Marriott hotels.
