Alboraya. La Patakona. The Embankment

The city of Valencia that lies just nearby is a wonderful place that has many interesting tourist attractions. Unfortunately, some of us have experienced many times, that there is almost no free space here during the high season. Local hotels and beaches are fully packed with tourists from all over the world. If you definitely don’t want to feel like packed up like sardines (but still desire to explore the city and all its beauties), you can choose cleverly and stay in one of the hotels which are located closer to the city’s outskirts. For example, in a place like La Patakona, that lies north from Valencia but almost directly outside its borders.

Local tourist infrastructure is as good, as in the very city center, and the beaches can be as well compared with others when it comes to the question of cleanliness and service level.

In addition, Valencia with its points and places of interest will be so close that you can always reach it in some 30 minutes (by car or by public transport). That is in case you suddenly start feeling longing for cultural and architectural experiences.
