Webcam in the very center of the beautiful old Czech town called Žďár nad Sázavou.
The city is well-known among the Catholics all over the world as the town of the Pilgrimage Church of Saint John of Nepomuk, which is the final work of Jan Santini Aichel, a Bohemian architect who combined the Borrominiesque Baroque with Gothic elements both under construction and decoration.
The church was added to the List of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites in 1993.
Žďár nad Sázavou is as well a popular summer destination for tourists, which prefer cycling and hiking. It is also a center of winter tourism with perfect possibilities for cross-country skiing.
