Sop Ruak. Tung Luang Chalerm Phrakiat

Sop Ruak is one of the most unusual villages in Thailand. It is located in the area that borders with 2 other countries — Burma and Laos — and is called Golden Triangle.

It is hard to believe today that this region was once counted to be unsafe because of drug smuggling. Now local population is occupied within agriculture and cultivates coffee, pineapples, coconuts and bananas.
