The region of Pozo Izquierdo is known internationally for being a high class windsurfing and scuba diving center.
The whole coast in this place provides perfect conditions for windsurfing all the year round. In the summer time you will experience stronger winds, in the winter time — higher waves.
Windsurfing champions like Björn Dunkerbeck, Daida and Iballa Ruano have also trained here.
