This webcam is located in the harbour of a seaside town called Oliva. Oliva is a popular Mediterranean resort famous for its wonderful and endless sandy beaches with sky-blue sea. When the question comes to accomodation visitors can choose from luxurious villas, large hotels, small boarding houses and private apartments.
The Old Town has many interesting tourist attractions. For those who admire the Spanish architecture there are two churches dating back to the 18th and 17th centuries plus Santa Anna Castle, built in the 16th century. For the fans of cultural activities Oliva has prepared many festivals (the most famous one is in September).
The town is also very well-known among enthusiasts of cycling.
