Zermatt will be a very comfortable place for families traveling with children, even with babies. There are several kindergartens and baby ski schools located directly in the town.
Plus some of the hotels (like, for instance, the Nicoletta Hotel) offers their own kindergartens for children from 2 till 8 years old.
Children are allowed to ski in a separate zone which is safe, comfortable and is also located on the slopes of the mountain Matterhorn.
