Bad Hofgastein. Gastein Valley

We can see one of the intermediate stations of the ski resort of Bad Hofgastein. The webcam is installed in Gastein Valley. Local mountain slopes are quite gentle and good for beginners. The total length of the trails is 81 km for mountain skiing and 35 km for cross-country skiing.

If you want to get higher, like to the point where the camera is installed, you need to use one of the lifts, Weitmoser or Schlossalm.

By the way, the ski pass of this resort is good for four other resorts of the Gastein complex; all of them are connected by a bus route, which is free for ski pass holders. There is an impressive apres-ski complex with thermal baths, outdoor pools, radon baths, saunas, bars, ice rinks, etc.
